DO YOU ONLY WORK WITH STARTUPS OR CAN YOU HELP OLDER, MORE ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES AS WELL?

We work with companies of all sizes and ages all of the time. We have a proven track record of launching brand new companies to the market and helping them grow as well as working across multiple countries for multinational corporations. All our clients are treated the same - the centre of our world - budget size is irrelevant. If we are working together you receive 100% 24/7 regardless of size.

WHAT IS THE RED CLOUD MARKETING CLIENT ONBOARDING PROCESS?

Any relationship is founded on trust, transparency, cost effectiveness, honesty and openness. We consider ourselves as part of your team - not an outside agency. As such. we all have to get along in the first instance! After the initial 'get to know you' we will provide a full proposal for approval along with all known costs and an outline of how we will work together.

DO YOU WORK ON RETAINERS?

In short we can do...but prefer not to. We prefer to be more transparent and only charge for work done and results achieved. We think that is fairer for you. At time of appointment we will agree a maximum monthly figure but if we do not use all the time quoted for, you will not be charged. We don't believe that you should ever pay for more than you get!

DO YOU NEED ANY STAFF?
